The Big Sucker and Screamin' Eagle air cleaners need modifications to vent externally. 

The back-plate & support bracket, in this kit, allow for fitment of an included BOLT-ON External Breather System, using your existing HD-0800 or HD-0818 filter element.

The Outlaw HiFlow 606 Air Cleaner will give your Big Twin the Air it needs to Produce Maximum Power.  CLEAN AIR - No dirty air routed back in!

This is a must for at Stage 1 Upgrade.

 You can upgrade to the Outlaw HiFlow 606 Air Cleaner without doing any dyno work or adding tuners IF you leave the stock exhaust in place.

Replace the Restrictive stock air cleaner on your Twin Cam and wake it up!

When choosing between the Breather systems, it is helpful to know-

1.  All three Breather Bolt function the same, it is just a matter of which color you prefer.

2.  All three of the Hose and Filter Breathers function the same with the Outlaw Air Cleaners, it is a matter of which system you like the looks of the best.

3. There are options for Standard Catch Can & XL Catch Can. The XL Catch Can Is 33% Larger holding 3 ounces of liquid, where the Standard Catch Can holds 1 ounce of liquid. If your bike spits a lot you may want to consider the XL instead of the Standard. You can see More about them at these folowing links just click the one you want to know more about.  The Transformer™ is the Ultimate External Breather System, that Doubles as a Support Bracket and can be Transformed into an EPA (Emissions) Compliant System. It fits all Outlaw Air Cleaners.

The EPA has required Harley to route dirty, oily crankcase air back into the air cleaner compromising the performance of your engine. The Outlaw Breathers vents it without compromising the performance or longevity of your motor.

 This 606 comes with no cover.  A cover is not needed, and you can run it this way, or let your imagination run wild and secure any cover you want to it via, the center bolt in the filter element.

 Just about any HD or aftermarket cover (Round, Football, teardrop, etc.) will fit over it.  You can also choose to use one of our Covers designed to work with the 606, see them HERE. 

It is Specifically Designed to work with the OEM RUSHMORE Cover.  

The Rushmore Cover fitment is for Throttle-by-Wire Bikes/Trikes only.

The cable operated 606 does Not come with the hardware needed to fit the Rushmore Cover to it.

Fitment:

2000-2015 Softail (cable operated throttle) - Need to already have a HD-0800 Filter Element

2016-17 Softail (Throttle by Wire TBW) - Need to already have a HD-0818 Filter Element

2000-Up Dyna (cable operated throttle) - Need to already have a HD-0800 Filter Element

2000-2007 Touring (cable operated throttle) - Need to already have a HD-0800 Filter Element

2008-Up Touring (Throttle by Wire TBW) - Need to already have a HD-0818 Filter Element

If you have a 2008-Up Touring Model, or a 2016-17 Softail, it has Throttle by Wire (TBW) and you must check the TBW option below to get the correct backplate.

 **This Air Cleaner System comes with a Support Bracket.  If you already have an aftermarket support bracket for your cable operated bike,  you may click the box above and save $22.  

If you have a Throttle-By-Wire bike, you have a black Support Bracket already and you may click the box above and save $22, or you may also choose to upgrade  to a Chrome Support Bracket  by clicking above, "Yes, I need a Support Bracket".

 NO FILTER ELEMENT IS INCLUDED WITH THIS KIT.  This kit is designed for those that already have a HD-0800 for Cable Operated or HD-0818 for Throttle By Wire Filter Element.

*** For the TBW, with the HD-0818 Filter elements, YOU will NEED to slightly ENLARGE the three mounting holes in your filter element for it to fit this 606 back-plate.  This can be done with a drill or a dremel.  If you do not wish to do that, then you should get the full kit, that already comes with the modified filter element, you can see it at this LINK.
